How can my brother be so stupid?

He married this girl named Abby who wasn't even divorced from her first marriage when they met. Every time she gets angry, she curses in front of my nephew throwing things and then leaves. She has done the back and forth 12 times now. His son Michael is paying for it mentally. Abby gets angry at every little thing, how do I help my brother WAKE Up!
