What's the song or music when rango wanders around the desert after being humiliate by rattlesnake jack?

While Hans Zimmer scored much of Rango, that particular piece was written by Danny Elfman and can be found on the soundtrack from The Kingdom (2007). It is titled The Finale and is, accordingly, the final track on the album.
