White rattlesnake chasing me in a dream?

Last night I had a dream that there was a huge white rattlesnake in my yard. I remember being really excited because I think snakes are really cool, so I went over and picked it up. At first it didn't do anything really, it was just slithering around in my hands. Then I realized it was a rattlesnake, and I started to get afraid, and that's when it got aggressive. I threw it on the ground and backed up quickly, and it started following me. At this point I started to get really afraid and called for help. In my hasty attempt to get away, I backed up and tripped, and was trying to crawl away from the snake as fast as I could. It lunged at me once but I moved my face quickly. Then it lunged at me again and bit my hand twice. I remember feeling like my hand was tingling and it started to swell. At this point, my dad came outside and I kept asking him for help but he wouldn't do anything. He didn't seem worried at all even though I was just bitten by a poisonous snake. I kept running away from it for a while, just running in circles pretty much, and every so often I'd try to kick it or hit it with something, but for some reason I would just feel really weak or I'd miss by a long shot. I felt like there was no way I could escape it. Eventually, I ran into the house to hide, but the snake kept crawling under the door through a crack. I kept blocking it but somehow it kept getting through. I don't really remember what else happened from here; I assume I must have woken up not too long afterward. For some reason though it's been really bothering me, and if anyone has any idea what it could mean I would be really grateful. Thank you!!!
