how about rolling them up and putting inside the tubes from the inside of toilet rolls or kitchen rolls. if you use 2 small sections (depending on the size of the t-shirts) and then wrap it up like a cracker. you can add some perfortions in the paper so they rip when they are pulled apart. add a few bits of table confetti/sequins for some extra sparkle
