What are the top 5 causes of someone being struck by a rattlesnake?

I understand that rattlesnakes only strike when being pressured by a human being or being handled when they don't want to be handled but under what circumstances do these people feel they need to bug a rattlesnake? Are they drunk? Are they just trying to impress someone? Or do they trip and land on one? I just need someone to HELP me find a website that tells me (at least) the top 5 causes for people being struck by a rattlesnake. I'm looking but all I can find are the numbers of deaths and strikes.
