Does rattlesnake aversion training for dog work?

iv done it for all of my dogs and in my state,they take a chock coller and a rattlesnake,(venem drained,of coase!) and make it rattle and then they shock them on high (really it depends on the size of the dog to the shock)but it really does work,well!
