My ferret wags her tail?

My ferret is very playful and I've pretty much got her nip trained. She only nips lightly when playing for the most part. That's when she's out in the open. But when she runs under the couch or TV stand her tail starts wagging like a rattlesnake and she tries to bite harder when I get near her. She's 5 months old and she's spayed.
