Is Oasis' "Shakermaker" a rip-off of Fletwood Mac's "Rattlesnake Shake"?

Obviously Oasis lifted the song's Hook from The New Seekers' "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing", but it seems that they lifted the whole feel for the song from "Rattlesnake Shake". The rhythm, the guitar sounds, the handclaps, the similar title. The fact that Oasis also have a song called "Songbird" leads me to believe that they ripped the Mac on this one. Oh, btw, I'm an Oasis fan.
